Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot change your order after you have placed it. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us here.

Can you exchange items?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit. If you order the same model again in a different color or size, we can ensure that you can keep any discount that may have been granted on the original order. The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Orders placed on this shop can be sent to Europe and North America. For shipping to other countries, please contact us.

How much does the shipping cost?

Delivery is complimentary for orders above $120. For fine jewelry pieces, an automatic complimentary shipping policy is applied.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

We offer secure worldwide shipping services. Please note that you are responsible for customs duties and taxes in your home country.

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

Creating an account is not mandatory but highly recommended. It will enable you to view your order history, edit and save your addresses and track your parcel more conveniently. You will also be notified of new jewelry pieces and special promotions.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We do not have access to your information and your data is safe.
